Only the best quality Kalamata olives are handpicked during the autumn, allowing natural fermentation and curing for four to six months. The Spanish marinade is prepared using a unique proprietary blend of herbs and spices that provide beneficial health benefits such as fiber and monounsaturated fats.

Aceituna Kalamata Entera Aliñada Español

Whole Kalamata olives, water, lemon juice concentrate, salt, extra virgin olive oil (3%), herbs and spices, saffron. Lactic acid (as a natural pH adjuster) and ascorbic acid (as an antioxidant). Less than 1% potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate (as preservatives), fructose, and yeast extract flavoring. It may contain pits or pit fragments.

To retain its delicate texture, keep refrigerated after opening and consume within seven days. Olive oil naturally solidifies below 5 °C (41 °F).
