  • Gordal Olives: only the best quality Gordal olives (80/90 caliber size) are handpicked and cured for four to six months, creating an authentic olive flavor with a rich taste and low salt content.
  • Garlic: the garlic is mild and crunchy, utterly delicious, and not spicy or odorous. 
  • Baby Onions: crunchy with a mild flavor and slightly sweet taste.

Ingredients

Pitted Gordal olives, cucumbers, baby onions, garlic, water, salt, and extra virgin olive oil (3%). Lactic acid (as a natural pH adjuster), citric acid (as an antioxidant), ascorbic acid (as an antioxidant), and sodium metabisulfite (as an antioxidant). Less than 1% acetic acid, potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate (as preservatives), fructose, and yeast extract flavoring. It may contain pits or pit fragments.

To retain its delicate texture, keep refrigerated after opening and consume within seven days. Olive oil naturally solidifies below 5 °C (41 °F).
