Returns

We thrive on selecting the highest quality products. However, please email us at hello@saboresfino.com within 14 days to find a solution if you are not completely satisfied with an item.

According to set terms and conditions, we accept returns and/or exchanges of unused, unopened, and non-perishable* items within 14 days of delivery. *Perishables include Mixology, Gourmet, and Chocolate.

Upon authorization of the return and inspection, we will process the request within three business days of receiving the item. Therefore, please read the return policy carefully. 

  • Merchandise must be unused and returned in original packaging.
  • Merchandise must not display any signs of use or be altered.
  • Merchandise for return and or exchange must receive prior authorization.
  • Merchandise without prior approval will not be accepted.

The refund depends on the payment received when the initial transaction is processed (excluding shipping and restocking fees where applicable)—refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your credit card company may take up to 7 business days to refund your account. 

 

DAMAGES DURING TRANSIT 

Our main priority is to make your online shopping experience memorable from start to finish; every item is handpicked and examined for quality control before shipment to ensure customer satisfaction.

We understand things happen along the way that is out of our control, so damaged items may be issued a full refund or replaced with an original receipt.

  • We reserve the right to request photo images to support evidence of damaged items before authorizing a reimbursement return.
  • Items inspected upon receipt and, if deemed used, will not be accepted or issued a refund.
  • Damaged/defective items are exchangeable for the same product type and subject to availability. 
  • The recipient will receive a full refund if we cannot offer a replacement for the original payment method.
  • A request to return faulty items must be made within 14 days of delivery.
