Shipping

Our goal is to process orders promptly for delivery. Orders received Monday to Friday will ship the same day if the order is received by 4 PM EST. Orders received outside regular operating hours (Saturday + Sunday) will be processed the following business day. We do not send packages to PO Boxes.

Warm weather shipping fees usually begin in April as we naturally transition into warmer temperatures throughout the US. We will closely monitor the weather reports, ensuring chocolate and certain gourmet products' shipping conditions are appropriate to avoid spoilage. Once we determine the need to use ice and insulation in the shipments, the client will be notified and incur a flat-rate fee of $15.

Chocolate | We do not send chocolate over the weekend; chocolate orders are only shipped on Monday and Tuesday as an overnight or 2-day service.

Gourmet | We do not send particular gourmet food products over the weekend; unique gourmet products only ship from Monday to Wednesday as an overnight or 2-day service.

All other products, mixology, gourmet*, and essentials will ship separately from your chocolate order; as standard ground shipping. *We reserve the right to determine which specific gourmet products.

 

LOCAL DELIVERY

Local delivery is available within a 10-mile radius of zip code 03062 and requires 24-hour advance notice. The regular delivery hours are from 12:00 to 16:00 on weekdays + Saturdays from 12:00 to 15:00 and are subject to change during the holidays.
